We all want to feel grounded and present in our lives.
When anxiety, stress, or life’s challenges begin to drag us down, therapy offers solutions.
My goal as a therapist is to create a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and begin making meaningful progress toward the life you want.
I bring a steady, grounded presence to each session.
I know that every single person who comes to me for therapy has the capacity to grow and change.
People already possess most of the strengths they need. Most often, those strengths simply need to be recognized, enhanced, and put into action.
My work begins by focusing on helping my clients identify what is already working within themselves. Then, we build from that foundation.
I offer a positive, practical, and goal-oriented approach to help you achieve whatever brings you into therapy.
It’s true that therapy often involves working through difficult experiences.
However, I believe that growth happens most effectively when we also focus on resilience, possibility, and the small victories that create momentum over time.

Often, the most lasting progress comes through manageable, intentional shifts that fit naturally into your everyday life.
In our work together, you will receive practical strategies that make sense and that you can realistically apply outside of our therapy sessions.
You’ll receive tools to help you cope with the stresses of daily life. You’ll learn how to manage anxiety more effectively. And I’ll guide you in creating small yet meaningful changes that lead to lasting improvement.

I am a licensed therapist with 14+ years of clinical experience. I work with high-functioning professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, and the quiet weight of keeping it all running.
I hold licensure in Massachusetts (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), New Hampshire (Clinical Mental Health Counselor), and Vermont (Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
My practice is entirely telehealth, serving clients anywhere in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
